At Green Team Cleaners we provide detailed cleaning services, both residential and commercial, all while using environmentally friendly, effective cleaners. Our goal is to continue growing so we can provide our community with safe and quality cleaning.
Job Overview: We are looking for a candidate who can articulate the importance of a clean, chemical free space while providing an “attention to detail” clean. The ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn and grow in the company. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable communicating with fellow coworkers and clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Have attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling.
- Wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and mopping surfaces.
- Following a checklist of responsibility per project.
- Learning about each of the cleaning products and how to use them properly.
- Displaying a friendly demeanor to clients.
- Willingness and desire to learn about the environmental factors in cleaning.
- Responsible for taking payments from clients.
- Present self in professional, helpful manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand and/or squat for hours at a time.
- Must be able to comfortably lift up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to keep constant movement with scrubbing, wiping, mopping, etc.
- Must speak English.
- Preference for bilingual candidate.
- Preference for candidate interested in environmental issues.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour plus tips and mileage compensation
